About the event
Join close Friends and Family of DEF as we welcome the DEF River House into existence. On Friday, August 29th, we will gather to watch a sunset, to share a meal, and to sit around the fire to celebrate community, friendship, and laughter as key ingredients to national security innovation and reform. Request a place by the fire pit to help us ideate on the launch of the River House.
Bring your significant other or family and relax for the afternoon, enjoy the sunset, a family-style dinner, and a bonfire. Bring a bathing suit, towel, and workout clothes if you want to enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, or pull-up bar. Please help us to tip the spear and bring the DEF River House to life by planting your seed of presence here before we go live.
