DEF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit run entirely by volunteers. We are always looking for motivated people willing to give their time in order to advance disruption and innovative thinking within the national security community.

There are two ways to get involved with DEF: at the national level and at the local level. On the national team, we deal with all the things that are required to maintain a non-profit and we help local Agora teams connect to tools, resources, and content. At the local level, Agora teams are focused on the community events, empowering and connecting the local ecosystem to improve national security in tangible ways. Both are important and DEF would not exist without incredible teams across the country.
