WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
With purchase and or participation of any kind, the participant confirms that they are voluntarily participating in the event organized by the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum (hereinafter referred to as "DEF"). In consideration of your participation, you agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that my participation in the event may involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, and property damage. You assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown. 
- Release and Waiver: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless DEF, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property arising from my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend DEF against any and all claims, actions, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from my participation in the event. 
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
- Confidential Information: You understand that during the event, You may have access to confidential and proprietary information relating to DEF and its partners, including but not limited to business plans, strategies, and other sensitive information (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information"). 
- Obligations: You agree to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and to not disclose any such information to any third parties without the prior written consent of DEF. You will not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than participating in the event. 
- Term: This NDA shall commence upon my acceptance of this agreement and will continue indefinitely, or until such Confidential Information becomes publicly available without breach of this agreement. 
Governing Law: This Waiver and NDA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington DC.
